Account and Data Deletion

This page explains how to delete your Orange Memo account and data. Orange Memo primarily stores data on your device and has no separate server account database.

Delete data in the app

1. Open Settings in Orange Memo.
2. In the Data section, choose Delete all data.
3. Read the notice and confirm deletion.

This resets the app’s local database and internal files and cancels scheduled notifications. The backup folder you chose for any automatic backups is preserved.

Sign-in and connections

Google and Kakao sign-in are local sessions inside the app. You can sign out from the sign-in screen in Settings; this does not delete your Google or Kakao account.

If Google Calendar is connected, you can separately run Settings → Google Calendar → Disconnect. Disconnecting ends the app’s Google sign-in session, but check Google Calendar separately for events already created or synced there.

Request deletion on the web

If you cannot use the app or want to request deletion on the web, email the address below.

Before you delete

• Make a full backup first if you need to keep any records.
• Files exported to the device and files in your chosen backup folder may be separate from app-data deletion.
• Check Google Calendar for synced events after deleting app data.
